Steve is highly qualified and experienced, meaning he understands the anatomy of the tree and how-to best care for it. Individuals who try to cut their trees themselves or hire an unqualified arborist almost always cause more damage. Hiring an arborist qualified to care for trees ensures the safety of your landscape and property. Our Arborist is fully insured, so you can have peace of mind.
Our Arborist, Steve, has a certificate III in Arboriculture and 8 years’ experience in this field.

Upon quote assessment you can discuss with the arborist if you will be home or not, as long as our crew has access to the area where the tree work will be carried out it will be fine. During our 8 years of service many of our customers have given us their trust and we have managed to complete their job without any disturbance and a clean area.
Upon initial assessment, our arborist will assess the tree work you require and let you know onsite if council permission is necessary.
At Active Arbor we pride ourselves on leaving every job site with satisfied customers. All tree debris is mulched and taken off site unless you decide to keep on site for your garden. We also bring along our gardening resources such as rakes and blowers to ensure the area is left how we arrived, neat and tidy. All debris and mulch will be taken off site and distributed to the community effectively.
Please note that stump grinding saw dust will be left on site, clients usually distribute this onto their garden or place in the green bin.
- Direct fund transfer.
